Loyalty Program

Loyalty Program comprises Turquoise, Topaz, and Zumurd discount cards offered to our esteemed clients, and give them the advantage of a specific discount on toabs according to the following steps:

1. Registration and signing up in the online store. (Signing up requires an email address and a phone number).

2. The First Card Turquoise offers you the advantage of a 5% discount in case your purchases reach an amount of two thousand dollars $2000, or equivalent, at a minimum, in a year.

3. The Second Card Topaz offers you the advantage of a 7% discount in case your purchases reach an amount of five thousand dollars $5000, or equivalent, at a minimum, in a year. 

4. The Third Card Zumurd; offers you the advantage of a 10% discount in case your purchases reach an amount of seven thousand dollars $7,000, or equivalent, at a minimum, in a year. 

5. The loyalty Program comprises a money balance that was achieved in the purchase process for which the client earned the discount card. That balance is benefited from as an earned discount for the next purchase process. 

6. The discount period is one year from the day of issue; the discount card is updated according to: -

a. The discount rate is raised in case purchases were equal to the minimum of the cards mentioned above are completed.

b. The discount rate is reduced in case purchases fall below the minimum of the cards mentioned above.

c. The discount is cancelled in case the client purchases fall below the minimum of the First Discount Card (Turquoise) in a year.

7. The earned membership card offers the client a discount on toabs (but it does not include Ready to wear or additional services like attaching crystal, shipping, delivery, etc.).

8. You can use the balance included in the card to purchase ready to wear items without getting an additional balance from the value of purchases.

9. The discount card does not include sale, offers or seasonal discounts.

10. Client can benefit from the discount card only for online purchases.

11. We are pleased to welcome you in our store during the working hours, from 10 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. except Fridays.

12. The Membership Program is adjustable according to the international economic changes.
