Standard Products
Eligible standard products may be returned in accordance with applicable consumer law. For eligible UK online purchases, customers generally have 14 days after receiving their order to notify us of cancellation and a further 14 days to return the goods.
Cut-to-Length Fabrics
Fabrics cut specifically to the customer’s selected length cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind once cut, where permitted by applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Condition of Returns
Returned products should be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, and should be returned with their product cards, labels and original packaging where possible.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
